Sustainability
Our ceramic candles vessels are 100% food safe. Use your empty candle vessel as a tea cup or ice cream bowl. The choice is yours.
Can I use CTK products if I'm pregnant, nursing, around children and my pets?
The answer is YES! We use ingredients that are safe to use around your loved ones. We do suggest you keep our products out of the reach of children and animals. Are candles can get pretty hot once lit and our fragrances can be irritating if they make contact with skin and eyes.
If you have any concerns we suggest you consult with your healthcare provider and or vet prior to using CTK products.
What ingredients do you use in your candles?
We use safe, sustainable ingredients that are phthalate free and non animal tested.
Our candles are made with soy wax and use a cotton with. Our fragrances are all natural with some scents being synthetic.
Note: Some scents are synthetic because they are going extinct. In order to preserve these natural materials, synthetics versions are used.
Where does CTK ship?
We currently only ship in the U.S. This includes Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not ship internationally but plan on offering this service soon.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
All candles are made to order. We ask that you give us 3-5 days to make your order.
Once items are made, shipping can take 2-5 days for delivery.
From day of order to delivery we ask for 5-12 days.
What if my order was damaged in transit?
We try our best to make sure your products are packaged securely. We understand that packages can still be damaged while in transport.
If you received a damaged item please send us an email with picture proof of damage within 48 hours of delivery date to
orders@candletherapy.com
What if my package is lost or stolen?
We understand that packages can be lost or stolen. We ask that you contact USPS about packages information if you believe that the package was lost or stolen.
We also encourage that you double check your shipping address before you complete your checkout. We cannot make any address changes once your item has been shipped.
We ate not responsible for lost or stolen items. All packages are insured. Please click link to file a claim with USPS.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change and or cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet. We ask that you send an email to order@candletherapy.com asap.
If your order has been shipped with the incorrect address, please contact USPS to change the address. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.

Can I return or exchange my CTK items?
We stand by our quality guarantee but understand sometimes it just doesn't work out.
If your not satisfied with your CTK item we want to make it right and let you know that you have 30 days after receiving your item to return or exchange it.
NOTE: Discontinued items and gift cards are final sale.
Items that are eligible for return or exchanges must be unused and in the original packaging and boxing.
